We collect your personal information in order to process and ship your orders. We do not provide any other party with any of your information except for the financial institutions who process our transactions. We do not overwhelm you with email and letters like many companies do. However, on very rare occasion, we may send an email to our customers with special news about our company such as a large retail launch making products available locally for our customers.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the initial product purchase only. We do not accept returns on subsequent re-orders or autoship orders. If you are within the 30 day time period from the initial date of purchase, you can call Customer Service at 845-536-5511 and get a return authorization (RMA) number. You can then ship back the unused portion of the product (at your cost), including both bottles from the original offer. You must clearly put the RMA number on your package. Any returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your package we will refund your credit card for the initial product purchase minus a $7.95 return processing fee and the initial purchase shipping charge.

We process orders the same day they are received and generally ship within 4-5 business days under normal circumstances. To ensure rapid processing of your order, be sure to complete all the necessary information when you place your order.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additional payment options will be made available in the near future. PayPal is available for non-autoship orders.
