How do I take Zetox and how long will one bottle of Zetox last?


You take one dropper full twice a day, directly into your mouth or mixed in water or anything else. Always be sure to shake the bottle well before taking.  When used as directed, one bottle of Zetox should last you 30 days.



How long should I take Zetox?


 We are exposed to toxins and heavy metals on a daily basis. With Zetox’s gentle detoxifying, it can be used every day for the rest of your life. This lays the foundation for great health and ensures that you are more efficiently absorbing the vitamins and nutrients that you consume.



How long until I see results?


 While everyone is different and some may see immediate results, we recommend being on Zetox for a minimum of 90 days before evaluating your results.



Are there any Side effects?


Zetox has much fewer occurrences of side effects than any other detox product because of its ability to absorb toxins and heavy metals and trap them in its cage-like structure. Therefore, the body is not re-exposed to them when pulled out of the cell.



Does Zetox remove beneficial vitamins and minerals with the bad?


No. Zetox only attracts toxins and heavy metals and will not take out beneficial vitamins and minerals.



Is Zetox harsh on my liver and kidneys like other detox products?


No. Zetox is very gentle on the liver and kidneys. The zeolite mineral in Zetox is seen by the body as food and is flushed out of the body the same way any other waste would be (full of the trapped toxins and heavy metals it has taken out of the cells).




Will Zetox interfere with any medication that I may be taking?


Most likely not, but as with any supplement or medication, we recommend that you check with your pharmacist or health practitioner if you have a concern.

What is your product guarantee?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the initial product purchase only. If you are within the 30 day time period from the initial date of purchase, you can call Customer Service at 845-536-5511 and request a return of the product.  We do not accept returns on subsequent re-orders or autoship orders.


How do I return my product?

To return product you must call Customer Service at 845-536-5511 and get a return authorization (RMA) number (please note that returns are only accepted on the initial product purchased, not on subsequent re-orders and autoship orders). You can then ship back the unused portion of the product (at your cost), including both bottles from the original offer. You must clearly put the RMA number on your package. Any returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your package we will refund your credit card for the initial product purchase minus a $7.95 return processing fee and the initial purchase shipping charge. 


Do you ship to my country?

During the ordering process we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.


How much is my shipping?

Shipping is based on the destination, and amount ordered. The cost will automatically be shown in the shopping cart before checking out.

Has my order shipped?

If you have provided us with your email address then you will receive notification when your order has shipped.  If not, please call Customer Service at 845-536-5511. 


How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

Track the order to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact your local Post Office or call Customer Service for assistance at 845-536-5511.


An item is missing from my shipment.

Please contact Customer Service for assistance at 845-536-5511.  Be sure to have the package the product was shipped in with you when you call.


When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.


When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 4 to 5 business day from the time of receipt under normal circumstances.   You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information after your order ships.


When will I receive my order?

Under normal circumstances, the average shipping time for 1st Class Mail is anywhere from 2 to 6 business days from the date of shipment (USA shipments only).  1st Class International varies from 6 to 21 days from the date of shipment.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).


How does Autoship work?

If you sign up for Autoship you are automatically going to receive one bottle every 30, 60 or 90 days (based on your choice when signing up). Unlike many companies who trick you and hit you with hidden terms and extremely high prices on the follow up order, you will only be charged the same price as your original order on a monthly basis.
